Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at our Jasola location. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and improving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing sales calls, building strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products to meet their health and nutritional goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in the health, wellness, or nutritional supplements sector is a plus
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: Fresher 3 Years

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month + Incentives
