About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Sales person with strong experience in the building materials industry. The candidate should have a proven track record of working closely with architects, builders, project management consultants (PMCs), and design consultants to drive project-based sales and establish long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop project sales opportunities in the building materials sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, PMCs, and consultants to influence product specifications and secure approvals.
  • Drive sales of Shakti Hormann products (doors, frames, industrial solutions) in large-scale projects.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to support project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project sales within building materials (doors, windows, flooring, paints, hardware, etc.).
  • Network: Strong existing relationships with architects, builders, PMCs, and consultants.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and specification selling.
  • Education: Graduate in Engineering/Architecture/Business Management preferred.
