Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data center operations and server management activities.
Provide L2 support for Windows server environments and Active Directory services.
Manage user access, authentication, and directory services within Active Directory.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and server-related issues.
Support implementation of IT infrastructure policies, compliance, and security standards.
Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of server and infrastructure operations.
Work on incident resolution, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.
