Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving our products to success in the vibrant EdTech/ IT Training sector. Your role entails crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Drawing from your extensive experience in B2B environments, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are finely tuned to our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the value proposition of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
  • Conduct market research and gather both internal and external feedback to help prioritize requirements for the product development team.
  • Develops new uses for existing products by analysing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Create product marketing plan including positioning and support material for use by sales to generate public-facing marketing collateral including digital marketing.
  • Work closely with sales, reporting and account management teams on RFPs, client contracting and reporting needs.
  • Work closely with vendors.
  • Highlight and present product benefits to both internal and external customers.
  • Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying members and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Develops marketing campaigns and ROI reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree and 10+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in an B2B environment.
  • Highly motivated energetic self-starter, passionate with a strong vision on where the EdTech Industry is headed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn product features, and benefits and educate others.
  • Hands-on manager able to manage and guide team yet to work independently.
  • Able to wear multiple hats.
