Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, promoting Samarth's services, delivering tailored sales pitches, and providing regular updates and training to clients. The role will require effective communication with clients and internal teams to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales with knowledge of Sales Management practices
  • Ability to provide emphatatic solution to clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient in analyzing and identifying customer need and solution fit
  • Prior experience in eldercare or service-oriented industries is advantageous
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
