Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective learners
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
- Maintain and update calling/CRM databases
- Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Identify opportunities to improve sales scripts and customer experience
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
1+ years of inside sales/telesales experience (B2C preferred)
Excellent English communication
High-energy, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindset
Consistent history of achieving or exceeding monthly sales numbers
Experience selling educational programs or professional training will be an advantage
Strong discipline, perseverance, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with accountability
