Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing the end-to-end sales process, conducting client meetings, providing product training, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Capacity to conduct Training and product knowledge sessions for clients.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
