Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will handle daily tasks such as prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. They will engage in sales management activities to drive growth, provide excellent customer service, and conduct training sessions for clients as needed. Ensuring seamless communication and fostering positive client experiences will be essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth, meet targets, and manage accounts effectively.
- Experience in Training clients or team members to ensure product and service understanding.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in the design or creative industry, is an advantage.
