Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, offering solutions, and maintaining relationships to drive sales growth. The candidate will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
