Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying or selling residential properties, conducting market research, managing property showings, and negotiating contracts. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations to help them make informed property decisions. Strengthening relationships with potential clients and delivering exceptional customer service will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
- Experience in Contract Negotiation with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in a client-facing role
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
