Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist for our PSU segment, based on-site at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, responding to customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing product-specific training as required. The role also includes managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to achieve organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including managing relationships and achieving sales targets
- Ability to deliver Training sessions related to products and solutions
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering) is preferred
- Experience in water treatment or environment management sectors is a significant advantage
