Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for bench sales positions.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the recruitment process and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
