Qualification: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Experience: 01 year of experience in travel sales or a similar role (Freshers may apply)

Salary Range: 20,000 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our holiday package sales team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about travel sales, capable of handling client interactions, and eager to grow in the travel industry.

Sales & Client Handling:

• Sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and group clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Sales Planning & Reporting:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Prepare basic sales reports and follow up on leads.

Market Awareness:

• Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the team.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
