Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can proactively generate leads through cold calling and cold emailing, convert prospects into customers, and represent the company during client meetings and presentations. The role requires frequent travel for client interactions and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and manage cold calls and cold email campaigns to generate potential leads.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Travel to client locations for meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain long-term client engagement.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking with new prospects and decision-makers.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Comfortable with frequent travelling.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email marketing tools, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Graduate in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred).
Candidate Requirements
Must be willing to travel regularly for client meetings.
Presentable personality with professional approach.
