Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, providing training on services to clients where needed, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with teams to achieve revenue targets. The role requires proactive communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Training clients or teams on services and tools as part of the sales process.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
