Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Specialist – B2C

Company: MantraCare

Location: West Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Job Summary:

MantraCare is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – B2C to handle client interactions, lead conversions, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining services, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales inquiries

Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Explain MantraCare services and solutions to clients

Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Follow up with prospective clients regularly

Maintain sales records and update CRM systems

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Relevant experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Client Handling preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with target-based work environment

Good interpersonal and convincing abilities

Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred

Comfortable working from office for 6 days a week

Preferred Skills:

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industry

Strong follow-up and lead management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
