Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Saket. The Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks like identifying prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and conducting sales presentations. Responsibilities include driving sales strategies, managing client accounts, delivering training on product offerings, and offering personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in Training and educating clients or team members on product offerings and strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently to meet goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in creative, media, or digital content industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
