Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Vadodara. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospects, build and maintain client relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and meet sales targets. Other key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting product training sessions, and supporting the sales management team with strategic planning and execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and building client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and developing strategies
  • Ability to deliver effective Training and product demonstrations to onboarding clients
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (Min. work experience required 3 years in the field of pharma, food,chemical industry)
  • Experience in the industrial cooling or cold chain sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
