Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing customer accounts, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additional duties include coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and generating periodic sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years of work experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve targets and close deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proven analytical and market research abilities for identifying business opportunities
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
  • Familiarity with industrial products and processes; knowledge of filtration or automation solutions is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; technical education in engineering is a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally for client interactions and business development
