Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include generating sales leads, managing inquiries, meeting sales targets, conducting customer consultations, and collaborating with the team to offer specialized travel services. The role also involves training clients or team members on specific offerings or processes when necessary, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address client needs.
  • Sales and Sales Management expertise, with experience meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members or clients is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in dynamic environments with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Sales or travel industry experience and knowledge of popular travel destinations is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
