Job Description

Ad Sales Manager

We are currently looking to hire a candidate for the position of Ad Sales Manager.

Candidates with prior experience in advertising sales across print, media, and radio platforms will be preferred.

Job Purpose:

To drive ad sales revenue for the region under assigned territory with defined vertical & set of clients.

Role Profile :

Revenue Generation :

  • Key responsibility of generating revenue for the company by achieving the targets allotted
  • Responsible for working on an annual business plan and a strategic approach to achieve the targets
  • Responsible for New business development

Business Strategy :

  • Make sales strategy on achieving monthly and quarterly numbers
  • Working on news ideas that can bring additional revenues like IPS & Sponsorships

Client Management :

  • Individually responsible to build a strong client base by building strong relationships with the client and agencies
  • New Client/Agency Development.
  • Competition tracking

Other Key Responsibilities :

  • Preparing Client Proposals and Presentations
  • Plan weekly scale cycle and schedule client meetings accordingly
  • Submission of DSR report
  • Market intelligence report
  • Responsible for after sales service for all the clients
  • Responsible for timely submission of reports

Collections:

  • Timely submission of invoice to the client and agency post the activity
  • Responsible for getting the payments from the clients and agencies on timely basis
