Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, promoting our event planning services, and converting leads into successful contracts. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing client communications, and coordinating closely with the planning and design teams to fulfill client expectations. The candidate will also engage in market research, contribute to sales strategy development, and provide input during training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
• Proficiency in Training team members and contributing to the enhancement of sales processes and strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and a keen interest in the event planning and wedding decor industry.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
