Role Description

We are looking for a target-driven Field Sales Manager who can generate new business opportunities, meet clients face-to-face, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, understands business pain points, and can confidently sell digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, real estate, education, healthcare, local businesses, etc.)
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and present The Digital Add's services.
  • Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and references.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing & creative teams for client execution.
  • Submit daily sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company professionally in all business interactions.
