About The Role
The inside sales specialist is an individual contributor role responsible for driving customer acquisition through outbound calling, email outreach, and product demonstrations. The role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and conversion while maintaining accurate CRM data and a disciplined sales pipeline. Working closely with marketing and customer success teams, this position plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth and scaling the company's B2B SaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Perform lead generation and data scraping aligned with ICPs
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (lead tracking, follow-ups, activity logging)
- Support pipeline tracking and improve MQL-to-conversion ratios
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams for smooth handoffs
