Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and execute sales strategies to meet specific revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their logistics needs, providing customized solutions, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities, setting strategies, and achieving targets
• Experience in providing Training to team members to enhance performance and knowledge
• Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and generate revenue in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in freight forwarding industry
