JOB SUMMARY :
(Brief about the existence of the position)
- To visit all prospective clients in Mumbai including Architects; Builders; Govt.Deptts; Contractors; Construction Companies and generate lead for business.
- To have Experience in handling monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly BBC Targets.
- To visit various Pvt projects site and generate lead for SHPL products.
- To ensure booking and billing every month as per the target of HMD.
- To work with SHPL dealer in the region and help the dealer to achieve sales target.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : (Primary duties)
- Sales Funnel Feeding
- New Customer Prospecting
- Product Pitching
- To prepare inquiry sheet and generate quote through sales coordinator, follow up and close the order.
- To ensure smooth process of order right from the inquiry to SO and ensure post sales service of installation case to case basis and satisfy the end customer.
- Ensure collection 100% before dispatch.
- He should achieve 100% sales target monthly / quarterly /Half Yearly & Yearly .
