Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with strong exposure to B2B
service sales in the Facility Management / Facility Services industry. The candidate will
be responsible for generating new business opportunities, executing marketing
strategies, and driving revenue growth by acquiring corporate clients. The role requires
strong sales skills, client handling ability, and market understanding to expand the
company's B2B presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development :
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across corporate,
commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business contracts
Approach corporate clients and key decision-makers for service pitching
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
Assist in negotiations and closure of deals
Achieve assigned sales targets
Marketing Activities:
Execute marketing plans and promotional activities focused on B2B services
Support brand building through digital platforms and corporate networking
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Coordinate for client meetings and follow-ups
Tender & Corporate Business:
Assist in tender submissions, RFPs, and corporate proposals
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation
Team Coordination:
Work closely with senior management and operations team
Maintain sales reports and pipeline updates
