Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Dwarka. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales activities, nurturing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will support the implementation of training initiatives for the sales team, while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales expertise, including effective pitching, lead generation, and direct sales experience
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
