Role Description

This part-time Sales Specialist position is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility to work from home. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers to identify their needs, offering tailored recommendations, and managing the sales process from inquiry to final transaction. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to training and guiding clients on products, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's sales growth and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and build effective relationships
• Proven Customer Service and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and enhance client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with demonstrated ability to achieve targets and manage client interactions effectively
• Ability to guide clients with Training related to product specifications and tailored solutions
• Passion for technology, gaming, and performance hardware is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales tracking software
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work in a hybrid capacity, with occasional in-office presence in New Delhi
