Responsibilities and Duties:
- Connect with prospective learners via calls and follow-ups to promote NIIT's learning solutions and career programs.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads from initial contact to closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Create interest, conduct product demonstrations, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media channels during pre- and post-sales stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurately record and manage all interactions and updates in the system/CRM.
Mandatory Skills :
- Graduation in any stream
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Experience in EdTech, training, or education industry is a plus
