Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Field Sales Specialist located in North Delhi, with the flexibility of occasional work from home. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and generating leads, engaging with clients, and providing tailored travel solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, presenting service offerings, closing sales, and collaborating with the team to meet sales objectives. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries.
  • Strong customer service abilities to deliver exceptional and personalized travel solutions.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation with a focus on achieving targets and growing revenue.
  • Understanding of sales operations, including managing the sales process and utilizing tools to track progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A background in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
