About the Role
We are launching a new furniture brand and are looking for a Sales Specialist who can drive early revenue, build customer relationships, and establish our presence in the market. This role is critical in converting walk-ins, design leads, and business enquiries into long-term customers and channel partners.
You will be responsible for both retail sales and business development, helping shape our go-to-market strategy during the launch phase.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for showroom and field sales.
Convert walk-ins, online enquiries, interior designer leads, and corporate enquiries.
Drive bulk orders, institutional sales, and repeat business.
Brand Launch & Market Entry
Represent the brand during launch activities, exhibitions, and partner events.
Identify high-potential residential, commercial, and project-based opportunities.
Collect market feedback on pricing, designs, and customer preferences.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
Ensure smooth order execution in coordination with operations and logistics.
Channel & Partnership Development
Build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and retailers.
Develop corporate, hospitality, and project sales pipelines.
Maintain a strong network for referrals and repeat business.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and sales data in CRM or tracking systems.
Provide weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
25 years in furniture, interiors, retail, real estate, or project sales.
Prior experience launching a new product or brand is a strong advantage.
Core Skills
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle walk-in retail customers and B2B clients professionally.
Comfortable with pricing discussions, margin control, and order execution.
Mindset

Compensation
Fixed Salary: Based on experience
