Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Telesales

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage outbound sales calls, engage with existing customers, and support the sales process end to end. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end telesales activities, including outbound sales calls and customer support for existing clients

Reach out to existing customers to inform them about company products and services

Clearly explain product/service features and benefits while addressing customer queries

Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions and close sales effectively

Coordinate with the field sales team and share qualified leads when required

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM/database

Process customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy

Handle customer concerns and grievances professionally to maintain the company's reputation

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or Telecaller

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to quickly learn and explain products and services

Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil / Telugu/Hindi/ Malayalam)

Good negotiation and objection-handling skills

Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Results-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

Educational Qualification

12th Standard (PUC / HSC / Equivalent) Mandatory

Any graduation degree is an added advantage
