Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will focus on growing enrollment at our centers by engaging with prospective parents, addressing inquiries, and providing center tours. Responsibilities also include ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with existing families, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting in staff training on customer engagement techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with parents and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets
- Ability to deliver training sessions to staff regarding sales and customer engagement best practices
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in early education or childcare industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
