Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (Malayalam) located in Chennai. The role involves building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries in the Malayalam language, promoting and selling Sulekha's services, and providing personalized assistance to ensure a positive user experience. Responsibilities include managing leads, achieving sales targets, and assisting in training support to help service professionals utilize the platform effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English or other languages.
  • Experience in Sales and promoting services, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Skills in Sales Management and Training to provide support to service professionals and team members.
  • Ability to develop positive client relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in customer engagement or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
