Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will deliver product presentations, provide consultation on customer needs, and offer solutions tailored to client-specific requirements. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team on strategic initiatives and provide product training for clients when necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with a wide range of clients.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including the development and achievement of strategic sales goals.
- Experience in Training and presenting products or services to customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address customer needs and build trust.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in CNC Machines or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
