Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, delivering customer training sessions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with internal teams to support client success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address client needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including managing pipelines and converting leads into successful sales
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients on product features and value
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity or SaaS platforms is a bonus
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms for client management (e.g., CRM software) is advantageous
