- As Territory Sales Manager Medical, you'll own the medical vertical in your territory and drive real impact:
- Grow revenue market share Hunt for new hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and convert them to company's premium range (targeted sales + recurrent business).
- Build loyal relationships Become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.
- Coach empower distributors Train their teams on Company's products, run powerful joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs that win business.
- Strategize like a pro Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp.
- Lead in the field Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums
- Budget management
- Gather market intelligence, new projects, and market research.
