About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to expand Synctric's presence within the NBFC & chit fund ecosystem in Kerala.
This is a pure field sales role focused on acquiring new clients, building relationships with NBFC & chit fund businesses, and driving adoption of Synctric's technology solutions that improve operations, collections, and scalability.
What You'll Be Doing- Identify and approach NBFCs, chit fund companies, and other financial service providers across Kerala
- Generate leads through:
- Cold visits and direct outreach
- Cold calling
- References and local networking
- Build and manage your own sales funnel independently
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demos
- Understand client pain points and position Synctric's solutions effectively
- Negotiate and close deals end-to-end
- Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal tech/support teams for smooth onboarding
- Track daily activities, leads, and conversions
Key Responsibilities- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong penetration in the Kerala NBFC & chit fund market
- Act as the face of Synctric for clients in the region
Who We're Looking For- 2–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel across Kerala
- Ability to build trust with traditional business owners
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience in fintech / SaaS / financial services sales
- Prior exposure to NBFCs, chit funds, or local finance businesses
- Existing network in the Kerala market
