This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with a mix of on-site and remote work opportunities. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage with potential partners, foster strategic relationships, and implement plans to support business growth. Responsibilities include market research, outreach to prospects, negotiating agreements, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business goals and strategies effectively.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition.
• Strategic thinking with a strong ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
• Experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Sales Forecasting.
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms for CRM and analytics is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in the education or recruitment sector is preferable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is required.
