Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also provide excellent customer service, deliver training to clients as required, and support sales management activities. The position requires proactive engagement with clients and collaboration with internal teams to drive results and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and develop effective strategies
  • Ability to deliver Training and provide guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Familiarity with educational services or international qualifications is a plus
