Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets and target customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, trade shows, and industry events.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's market share in international markets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, export regulations, and global market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
