We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional who can independently handle end-to-end sales for ongoing and upcoming projects. The role includes lead generation, strong client relationships, and converting large-scale project requirements into business.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Development- Identify upcoming residential,commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, online platforms, and industry contacts.
- Build a strong project pipeline for targeted regions.
2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relations with:
- Architects
- Builders & Developers
- Contractors & Interior Designers
- Project Consultants
- Conduct meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
3. Sales & Business Conversion- Promote Qwind's product portfolio to relevant project clients.
- Share proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate and finalize deals as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly project sales targets.
4. Project Coordination- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical details, and order execution.
- Track project progress from inquiry offer order delivery.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve issues.
5. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain project database, call reports, and sales activity sheets.
- Submit weekly/monthly performance updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications- 26 years of experience in Project Sales / B2C Sales / Building Materials industry.
- Strong networking ability and established contacts with architects & builders preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with travel and field activities.
