Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and driving property sales to meet company targets. Daily tasks include customer onboarding, explaining real estate products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional duties involve collaborating with the sales team, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering training to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Proven experience with Sales and Sales Management, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and team objectives.
  • Capability to deliver effective Training sessions for team skill enhancement and development.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving in a fast-paced, real estate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
