This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional tasks include conducting client meetings, training sales team members, managing sales operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management
• Capability to conduct Training sessions and develop sales team expertise
• Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in event management, marketing, or sales will be an added advantage
