Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with potential students and their families, providing guidance on study-abroad programs and services, and successfully converting leads into enrollments. The role includes conducting consultations, delivering effective sales pitches, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the internal team to deliver a seamless experience for clients. The candidate will also oversee sales processes and work to achieve and surpass targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Sales and sales management expertise, with a track record of meeting targets
• Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on providing excellent service
• Familiarity with education consulting and knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
