Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Indore. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage efforts to promote the company's financial products and services. Daily responsibilities include devising sales strategies, engaging with potential and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through financial products, and organizing training for team members to enhance sales performance. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to strategize and achieve business development goals.
- Experience in providing Training and support to team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.
- Industry experience or knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
