Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with clients, promote property sales, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting client requirements and feedback.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional support.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Training to guide clients through the property purchase process and assist junior team members if required.
  • Ability to work in a goal-driven environment with proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Bangalore is a plus.
