Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, consultative client interactions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, engaging with leads through calls and emails, understanding their professional needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining and updating accurate sales records and collaborating with the internal teams will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales
  • Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service
  • Exceptional Communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written correspondence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Prior experience in EdTech or sales roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
