Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, explaining the company's offerings, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, providing excellent customer service to address client needs, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other team members. Additionally, the role involves promoting services through effective communication and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with and support clients.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training and guiding junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is a plus.
